About Us

At Arcane we can customize maintenance packages based on the needs of the client and the equipment. From daily on-site standby technicians during extremely heavy usage periods such as a major outage or turnaround to weekly or monthly visits during normal operations, Arcane will assess your requirements, survey your equipment, and present you with a viable maintenance option. In addition, Arcane Technicians Crew is an expert in the new MRL (Machine-Roomless-Elevators) technology using smaller motors, which, in turn, downsizes the necessary power supply. This further lowers construction costs (and energy costs in building operations) and allows more space within the building for other purposes.

At Arcane, we are utilizing an advanced Internet Elevator Monitoring Server IMS with an elevator panel that can send a digital signal providing the most superior level of protection for elevator customers. The elevator equipment used by Arcane is in full conformity with the European Standard EN 81-1:1998+A3:2009 “Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Electrical Lifts”, the Regulations of the Association of German Electrical Engineers (VDE) in conjunction with the Local Electrical Code were deemed necessary as well as the German Industrial Standard (DIN). Also, the escalator equipment is in full conformity with the European Standard EN 115:1995 “Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of escalators and passenger conveyors”.
